Participants in Hoffmans Saturday workshop will tour the market
with him and then take their spoils to the Beard House, where they
will learn how to prepare a menu, combining farm-fresh fruits and
vegetables with staples found in every pantry. Part of his mission
of sustainable cuisine, its a routine hes hoping youll
be able to repeat again and again.
