During the Moon Festival every fall, Chinese families gather to watch the full moon and eat traditional delicacies. To help us celebrate, Philippe Chow, a longtime fixture on New York’s Chinese cuisine scene, is coming to the Beard House with noodle master Wai Ming Cheng and chef Steven Yim.
