Jose Garces first made a name for himself under the tutelage of world-renowned chef Douglas Rodriguez. He later became chef of Philadelphia’s acclaimed El Vez and Alma de Cuba restaurants, and last fall he brought authentic Spanish tapas to the City of Brotherly Love when he opened his own restaurant, Amada.
