As the holiday season approaches, Alsace transforms into an enchanting Christmas wonderland complete with illuminated streets, celebratory festivals, and regional delicacies. Chef Philippe Roussel of NYC’s Café d’Alsace will give us a taste of the festivities when he joins us at the Beard House for a sumptuous Alsatian feast.
