Husband-and-wife team Ron Suhanosky and Colleen Marnell-Suhanosky worked in top East Coast restaurants before opening their rustic Italian trattoria, Sfoglia, on Nantucket. In 2006 they debuted a NYC branch of the eatery, earning kudos from critics for their Renaissance-inspired menu.
