An extended gastronomic honeymoon in Italy inspired Caleb Barber and Deirdre Heekin to open Pane e Salute in Woodstock, Vermont, over ten years ago. The artisanal Italian bakery has since evolved into a stylish neighborhood restaurant that has won national acclaim for its carefully crafted regional Italian menu.
