After Wall Street’s closing bell rings, Michael Sullivan (formerly of Le Zinc and Chanterelle) serves upscale American cuisine to savvy stockbrokers at Brouwers of Stone Street. At our annual softshell crab dinner, Sullivan will celebrate the limited-engagement crustacean by preparing a menu designed to keep guests happily sated until next season.
