An acclaimed chef with a passion for organic, locally grown, and artisan-produced ingredients, Michel Nischan has taken his homegrown message to Westport, Connecticut, where he runs the Dressing Room with actor Paul Newman. For this early fall dinner, Nischan will prepare a regional American feast with some of his favorite heirloom ingredients.
