All events are held at the James Beard House, unless otherwise stated.
Business attire preferred.
Prepaid reservations are required for all events.
Reservations are accepted Monday to Friday between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M.
Reservations left on voice mail are not valid unless confirmed.
Cancellation charges: more than 7 days before an event, $5 per person; 7 days to 24 hours before an event, $20 per person. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows. Cancellations left on voice mail will not be honored.
Boardroom fee ($200) and boardroom seats are nonrefundable.
Out-of-House events are nonrefundable.
No tipping allowed.

The James Beard Foundation is a 501(C)(3) organization. Membership dues are
tax deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. Donations to the
Foundation qualify for most corporate matching grant programs.
