Louisville, KY--Chef Jim Gerhardt of the Seelbach Hilton has a twist on Old South favorites in his new "Southern retro" breakfast menu for the hotel's Otto Cafe. There, Gerhardt serves poached eggs on biscuits with redeye hollandaise, bourbon flapjacks, and grits soufflé. The breakfast buffet remains. |
