In the lush garden setting, he is making delicious use of local fish and fruits. Marc Maron oversees kitchens at the island's two breathtaking Four Seasons properties. Executive chef Maron, a veteran of the Four Seasons chain, takes time out to teach Indonesian cooking to hotel guests.
