• The Bernards Inn is adding Josh Thomsen to the kitchen lineup. A nativeof New Jersey, the chef is returning home after working in California at the HotelBel-Air and The French Laundry. Thomsen will be the chef de cuisine and will work with executive chef/owner Edward Stone to revamp the contemp-orary American menu.
